• Every stem is hand‑designed, slight variations are part of its natural look. Some florals may arrive gently curved from packaging—this is not a defect.
• All product photos are of the actual items. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and display settings. Color variation is not a quality issue.
• As handcrafted pieces, minor details such as small glue marks, slight fraying, or occasional loose elements may occur, these do not affect appearance or use. If you prefer absolute uniformity, please consider this before purchasing.
• We measure every flower by hand—weight, size, bloom diameter, etc.! So small differences might happen, thanks for understanding.
