Returns and Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you have any feedback or suggestions about Cosfea’s service, feel free to contact us anytime. If, however, your order does not meet your needs or expectations, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Kind Reminder:
Please read the Product Care Guide and Things to Know on our Footer (Homepage). Every stem is hand‑designed, and slight variations are part of its natural look. Some florals may arrive gently curved from packaging—this is not a defect.
All product photos are of the actual items. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and display settings. Color variation is not a quality issue.
As handcrafted pieces, minor details such as small glue marks, slight fraying, or occasional loose elements may occur, these do not affect appearance or use. If you prefer absolute uniformity, please consider this before purchasing.
We measure every flower by hand—weight, size, bloom diameter, etc.! So small differences might happen, thanks for understanding.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, clean, and complete, with all original packaging and any included gifts. (If free gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund.)
- Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email in the package.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
- If the return is not due to product damage, shipping issues, or defects, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet our refund conditions, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt, and will only be returned to the original payment method (including gifts). Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your account, especially for PayPal payments.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless defective.
At this time, return shipping labels are available only for mainland Canada orders. Exchanges are limited to items of the same type and value.
COSFEA reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse a refund if returned items do not meet the above conditions.
How to Return
To request a return, please email cosfeaservice@gmail.com with the following:
- Your name and email address
- Your order number (from your order confirmation email)
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return or exchange (please attach photos if applicable)
We will respond as quickly as possible. Once approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions for processing your return/refund.

You may drop off your return at your nearest post office or courier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. COSFEA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Reshipment Policy
Reshipments apply only to items that are incorrect, missing, damaged, or defective. Refunds are not provided under this policy.
If you receive the wrong item, it must first be returned to us. Once received, we will process and ship the correct replacement.
