Returns & Exchange Policy

At COSFEA, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and realistic floral designs to complement your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a straightforward return process.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

  • Standard Returns (Change of Mind): If an item does not suit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. For standard returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Promotional Gifts: If your order included a promotional free gift, the gift must be returned alongside the item. If retained, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your total refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but transit accidents can occasionally happen.

  • Reporting Period: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery at cosfeaservice@gmail.com.

3. Final Sale & Clearance Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are deeply discounted and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective upon delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

1）Contact Support: Email us at cosfeaservice@gmail.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2）Complete the Return Form: Locate the Return Card included in your original parcel. Fill out the requested details and place it inside your return box along with the items.

3）Ship the Package: Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Mail the parcel to our return facility:

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Posting Time: Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the credited funds to reflect in your account.
