At COSFEA, we don’t just sell premium artificial flowers; we deliver "love at first sight." If your new blooms don’t make your heart skip a beat, we’re here to fix that. No stress, no "legalese"—just a simple promise to make you smile.

1. The "Real Touch" Confidence (30-Day Returns)

We are so obsessed with our Real Touch quality and Silk collections that we’re putting it to the test. If you open your package and think, "Wait, this looks like plastic," or if it just doesn't vibe with your space, don't sweat it!

  • 30-Day No-Regret Policy: You have a full 30 days to decide if it’s a match made in heaven.

  • The Industry Standard: For "change of mind" returns (hey, it happens!), we ask that you cover the return shipping cost. But if it’s on us (damaged or wrong item), we’ve got the label covered!

2. Bumpy Rides (Shipping Damage)

While we pack every stem with extra TLC, the road to your doorstep can occasionally be a bit rocky.

  • Help us help you: The sooner we know, the faster we can jump into action! If your florals arrive looking a little 'bruised,' please reach out as soon as possible—ideally within 3-7 days. This helps us fast-track your solution before the trail goes cold!

3. A Little "Character" is a Good Thing

Before you hit the return button, remember that every COSFEA stem is hand-designed, not churned out by a robot.

  • Perfectly Imperfect: Just like real flowers, slight variations in color or a tiny, nearly-invisible glue mark are just "beauty marks" of handcrafted art.

  • The "Yoga" Move: Some stems might arrive gently curved to fit comfortably in their travel box. A quick bend back and they’re ready for their close-up!

4. Final Sale & Clearance

Our "Final Sale" and "Clearance" items are looking for their forever homes. Because they are offered at such a steal, regrettably, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces unless they arrive damaged.


📦 How to Start a Return

We’ve made this as easy as watering a (fake) flower:

  1. Find the Card: Inside your original package, you’ll find a Return Card and your Packing Slip.

  2. Fill it Out: Simply jot down what’s coming back to us on that card.

  3. Ship it Back: Tuck the card and the items (unused and in their original 'outfit') back into the box. If your order brought a 'plus-one' (aka a free gift), please make sure they head home together—we’d hate to see them get lonely! If the gift decides to stay behind with you, its value will simply be deducted from your refund.

  4. Send a Quick Email: Let us know at cosfeaservice@gmail.com that it's on the way so we can keep an eye out!

💸 The Refund Part

Once your items arrive back at our "nest" and pass a quick inspection, we’ll zap your refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it might take another 5-10 days to show up in your account.
