Shipping Policy & Order Guidelines

Welcome to COSFEA. We take immense pride in crafting and delivering premium, lifelike botanical elements to your door. Below you will find all essential information regarding our order fulfillment, shipping process, and packaging standards.

1. Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 2 to 4 business days prior to dispatch.
• Transit Time: Standard delivery generally takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
• Operating Hours: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
• Delivery Assistance: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from dispatch, please contact our support team at cosfeaservice@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: Orders may be modified or canceled free of charge prior to fulfillment.
• In Transit: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified in transit. If you wish to return your items, please refer to our Return Policy upon receipt.

3. Split Shipments

To ensure faster fulfillment, items from a single order may occasionally ship from different fulfillment centers. If your order arrives in multiple packages, rest assured that all tracking numbers will be provided via email.

4. Shipping Destinations & Address Requirements

• Physical Address Preferred: Due to the size and weight of our protective floral shipping cartons, we strongly recommend providing a physical street address.
• P.O. Boxes: Deliveries to P.O. Boxes may experience extended transit times or restrictions by local carriers.

5. Tracking & Carrier Notifications

• Once your shipment leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to you automatically.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are advised to monitor their tracking details regularly. If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but missing, please notify us within 5 business days so we can assist in initiating a carrier search.

7. Packaging & Quality Assurance

We apply strict packaging protocols to ensure your faux botanicals arrive in pristine, photo-ready condition:

1. Multi-Point Quality Inspection: Prior to packing, every stem, petal, and arrangement undergoes a detailed manual inspection to confirm full quantity and flawless condition.
2. Protective Wrapping: Stems are individually wrapped in protective, dust- and moisture-resistant film to prevent friction, dust exposure, or color transfer during long-distance transit.
3. Secure Fixation & Heavy-Duty Cartons: Arrangements are secured in place using non-abrasive zip-ties within high-burst-strength corrugated cartons, preventing unwanted movement and crushing.
4. Flexible Stem Adjustment: To maintain structural integrity during transit, select longer stems or branches may be gently adjusted or curved to fit securely inside the carton. Built with high-grade internal wiring, all stems can easily be bent or reshaped back to their full, natural posture upon unboxing.
