🚚 Shipping & The Journey of Your Blooms

We know you’re excited to meet your new floral friends! Here’s how they make their way from our nest to your doorstep:

1. Prepping for the Big Debut

Our blooms need a little "beauty sleep" and prep time—usually 3–4 business days—before they’re ready to pack their bags and head out. Once they hit the road, they typically arrive at your doorstep within 5–15 business days.

• Note: If your flowers are still wandering the world after 15 business days, please give us a shout at cosfeaservice@gmail.com.

2. The Weekend Wind-down

Just like you, our team (and our flowers) takes a break on weekends and public holidays. We only ship from Monday to Friday, so any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will start their journey when the new week blooms.

3. Change of Plans?

No worries! You can cancel any order that hasn't started its journey yet. However, once it’s in transit, it’s a committed relationship—and we’ll have to wait for it to arrive before we can discuss a "breakup" (return).

4. Separate Arrivals

If you’ve ordered a full bouquet’s worth of items, they might be traveling from different gardens (warehouses). Don't be alarmed if they arrive in separate packages at slightly different times—it’s just a rolling celebration for your mailbox!

5. The P.O. Box "Squeeze"

While we love all addresses, P.O. Boxes can be a bit of a tight squeeze for our floral packages. Shipping to them may cause delays or even a "return to sender," so a physical address is always the safest bet for a happy delivery.

6. Keeping an Eye Out

The moment your package waves goodbye to us, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• A Friendly Reminder: Since we don’t proactively "stalk" every package (though we’d love to!), please keep an eye on your tracking status. If things look stuck or "lost in transit," reach out to us so we can help you track them down!

📦 The COSFEA Packing Ritual: First Class Only

We treat our blooms like the VIPs they are. Before your order leaves our "nest"，it goes through a mini-spa day to make sure it arrives looking its absolute best!

1. The Pre-Departure "Physical"

No one likes a missing guest! Every single petal and stem undergoes a thorough health check before leaving our warehouse. We make sure every piece is accounted for and in pristine condition, so your unboxing experience is nothing short of a "wow" moment.

2. A Personal "Raincoat" for Every Bloom

To keep our colors vibrant and textures fresh, we individually wrap different materials in a protective PE film. Think of it as a custom-fitted raincoat that guards against dust, moisture, and "color gossip" (color transfer). This keeps your faux florals in their Sunday best, no matter the weather.

3. The "No-Wiggle" Zone: Secure & Snug

We’ve traded messy fillers for a much more organized system to keep your blooms safe. Every bouquet is given a secure, cushioned spot in the box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• The "No-Wiggle" Policy: We secure our flowers with cable ties to ensure they don’t try to "switch seats" or dance around during their journey.

• The Outer Shield: Your blooms travel in high-hardness cartons—our version of a protective shield—specifically designed to minimize any "oopsies" or bumps on the road.

4. A Little Floral Yoga

Don't be alarmed if some of your flowers arrive doing a bit of a yoga pose (gently bent) to fit into their travel box. Our stems are designed with a flexible wire heart, meaning they can be easily reshaped once they’re out. A little "stretch" and they’ll be ready for their close-up in your favorite vase!
