Order and Shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days. Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 5–15 business days. Actual delivery time may vary based on local carrier performance. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at COSFEASERVICE@GMAIL.COM.

  • All timelines are estimates in business days (Mon–Fri) and are not guaranteed. No shipping on weekends or public holidays. 
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at different times.
  • Shipping to P.O. Box addresses may result in delays or returns. We cannot guarantee successful delivery to P.O. Boxes.
  • Special or custom orders may be subject to different pricing.
  • Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How We Package Your Order

Pre‑Shipment Inspection: Every item is carefully checked before leaving our warehouse to ensure there’s no damage or missing pieces.

Protective Wrapping: Different colors and materials are individually wrapped in PE film to prevent dust, moisture, and color transfer—keeping your faux florals in their best shape.

Securing and Padding: We use eco-friendly honeycomb paper instead of plastic foam for padding and secure bouquets with cable ties to prevent movement during transit. We use high-hardness outer cartons to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

Note on Stems: We may gently bend stems to fit the carton. Stems contain flexible wire and can be easily reshaped upon arrival.


Receiving & Claims

Before confirming receipt, please check your package for any missing items or damage. If there’s an issue, photograph it immediately and email cosfeaservice@gmail.com within 48 hours to request a return/refund or reshipment.

VERY IMPORTANT: Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for damage resolution.
