Before you Buy

Before you shop, think about the types and quantities of flowers you like, then select based on their intended use:

1) Quantities refer to single-headed flowers (not multi-headed).

2) Suggestions are flexible—adjust according to personal preference. Fill the vase comfortably: remove 1–2 stems if too crowded or add 1–2 if sparse. Your arrangement will look gorgeous for sure!

When faux flowers arrive

Every flower has its own little personality, so here are some normal characteristics to know when they arrive:

• Safety first! We recommend wearing gardening gloves—sometimes tiny wires may peek out, and we want to make sure you don’t get scratched while gently arranging your flowers.
• A little wobble is normal! After a long journey, some petals or leaves might shift or even come off. Don’t worry—many of our flowers have removable leaves and blooms, so this is perfectly normal.
• Some petals or small parts may shift slightly during shipping—this is normal and can be easily adjusted by gently arranging them back into place.
• Each flower may vary slightly in shape or color due to materials and craftsmanship; this is not a defect.
• Minor flattening: Use a low-heat hairdryer or gently adjust petals and leaves by hand.
• Slight odour: New flowers may have a faint material smell; air them out for 1–2 days.
• Dust or static: Wipe gently with a soft cloth or use a cold hairdryer.
• Adjustable stems: Some stems can be bent slightly to fit your vase or display.
