1. Arrangement Guide: Finding Your Perfect Density

Achieving a professional, magazine-worthy look depends on matching stem quantity to your vase opening. The recommendations below are based on a standard 10 cm (4-inch) vase opening:

  • Multi-Headed Stems: Our formula above applies to single-headed stems. If your chosen stems feature multiple blooms or branches, fewer stems will be required to fill the vase.
  • Personal Preference: These numbers serve as a starting guideline. For a minimal, modern aesthetic, reduce the stem count slightly. For a lush, full arrangement, add 2–3 additional stems.

2. Unboxing & Care Instructions

To maintain the lifelike elegance of your silk and real-touch florals, follow these simple preparation steps upon unboxing:

A. Shaping & Stem Adjustment

  • Flexible Internal Wiring: Our stems feature high-grade internal wire cores. Gently curve, bend, or trim them using wire cutters to suit the height of your vase.
  • Restoring Volume: Items may be compacted for secure shipping. Gently fluff the petals and foliage outward to restore their natural, organic shape.

B. Re-attaching Foliage (Snap-On Design)

  • Many of our handcrafted botanicals feature modular, snap-on leaves and petals. If a leaf becomes detached during transit, simply align it with the stem node and press it firmly back into place.

C. Refreshing & Cleaning

  • Petal Refresh: To quickly restore fullness to compressed petals, use a hairdryer on the cool or low-warm setting held 6–8 inches away while gently sculpting the fabric with your hands.
  • Airing Out: New silk botanicals may carry a subtle scent from processing. Allow your arrangements to air out in a well-ventilated room for 24–48 hours upon unboxing.
  • Routine Maintenance: Keep your arrangements dust-free by gently wiping petals with a dry microfiber cloth or using a hairdryer on the cool setting.

3. Artisan Craftsmanship

Each COSFEA stem is individually hand-assembled. Subtle variations in tone, shading, or minor detail are natural characteristics of handcrafted artificial botanicals, giving each piece its own realistic uniqueness.

4. Arrival Inspection

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check prior to dispatch. Upon delivery, please inspect your items promptly. In the rare event of transit damage, please take photos of the item and its packaging, and contact us at cosfeaservice@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt so our team can resolve it immediately.
